Greetings from Careers360. Shubhi, all i can tell you is that with this rank in Open Category, you can't get admitted to any NIT or CFTI. What i can suggest is you try in state level colleges (govt or pvt)  to get admission with this rank and definitely you'll be making it there. If you want to study in a good university, with national importance then go for Chandigarh University as with this rank you'll get 75% scholarship over there and compete with students from 29 Indian states and 30+ countries.
