The fees that a college takes is solely their decision. Their is nonsuch fixed price set by any body. But on an average annually a college charges a lakh or two.
But if the college is government college than the fees are relatively low and if it is a private college they may charge a little premium.
Also sometimes the fees depends on the area which college is.
