management quota refers to those section of students taking admission in college not solely based on merit ranking of a specific exam, but also on the basis of contact and certain financial aid in some conditions. Speaking of the fee structure, the fees are certainly much higher than those taking admission solely through merit. Although the minimun is generally fixed (varies from college to college with stream and level of study), but the maximum might vary in certain cases given the quality of the student. As far as joining in college is concerned, there are some colleges with migration barriers, but there are many of them which does not have such criteria. Just like regular admission, management quota also comes with certain eligibilities as mentioned above.
