Dear Ravi, as OBC has 2 sub categories like Creamy and Non creamy layer, it is important ti get an OBC NCL certificate showing that your family annual income is lesser than 6 lakhs per annum. So for availing benefits of OBC NCL, you will have to get a certificate. An OBC certificate doesnt mention your annual income to qualify you fir Non creamy layer benefits. Only an OBC NCL certificate is a proof of that.
