The NEET eligibility criteria states that a candidates must have obtained an aggregate of 50% (45% for persons with Disability and 40% for the reserved category) in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology in Class 12 or the qualifying exam which implies that the candidate must have studied either Biology or Biotechnology in Class 12. Moreover, the candidates must not exceed 25 years as on May 7, of the year of the examination which in your case is 2019. So, if you fulfill these two criteria, you are eligible to appear for NEET 2019 examination.

The Candidate should have qualified 12th board exam from recognised board and should have physics, chemistry and biology/ biochemistry and English as the compulsory subjects in the qualifying exams.
Candidate must score 50% marks for general candidate,40% marks for OBC,sc/St candidate while 45% for general-PH Candidates in the qualifying marks.i hope this information helps you.
