As you have currently reached Std XII. I must tell you, there is no such minimum age limit for JEE Main as per NTA rule. Only eligibility criteria are that you must have passed Std XII or equivalent exam in that year, the previous year or the year before. For example, for 2019 Mains the requirement is just you are appearing or passing Std XII exam in 2019,2018 or 2017. Hi ! Yes, you can apply for JEE main exam. Your age is not a factor and also the age limit is 16. So you can easily enroll for your JEE main exam without any tension. But in JEE main their requirement is class 12 board marks. So it is better for you to give this exam in class 12. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
