For NEET exam neither your 10th marks are evaluated during your admission procedure nor during checking your eligibility criteria. And 12th percentage required to be eligible for NEET exam is different for different category and aggregate marks of PCB is calculated only.

These are minimum percentage required:

UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%

10th percentage doesn't matter.
For eligibility in NEET you need to score 60% aggregate in PCB.
