For BANK POs exam like IBPS PO and SBI PO the eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline or its equivalent from any recognised university by the government of India or Central government.

So you need to pass bachelor's degree from a recognised board  and the eligibilty is based on graduation not class 12.There isn't any minumum percentage requirement.
