Ashok, PWD (persons with disability) reservation is a horizontal reservation within your Category. For example, if you belong to General Category and then have PWD reservation, then you are eligible for General Category-PWD. It is the same with OBC,SC,ST. Now the cut offs also depend on the State you belong to. Because few States like Delhi, Bihar, UP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra have higher cut offs.
