Well, basing upon your percentile in Jee Mains, it seems like you may not get admission into any reputed government engineering college but still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high. You may also apply other deemed universities and private colleges at the time of counseling..

Yes Reserved category students have more chances of getting a government college. Also if you apply for colleges in your own home state, then home state quota can be applied..
