Dear Aspirant,

If NITs are asking for a minimum 40 percent criteria for qualification for PWD category then you must adhere to it.With 30 percent you will not be able to qualify for the seat.Though you can give it a try by at least uploading the documents.But I cannot surely recommend you to rely on the counselling and also explore other options.I hope I have answered your query.All the best.
