BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery is basically provides complete knowledge about 'Ashtanga Ayurveda' along with scientific advances in modern medicine along with extensive practical training. It is a 5.5 year course with last 6 months being your internship.

I see that you have scored 100 marks in your neet examination. I'm sorry to tell you that it is not possible for you to get a seat for BAMS even in private colleges. According to the rules admission to ayush courses are through merit list of neet examination only. So if you are really interested I would suggest you to take a year off and repeat, work harder and get better marks.
