No, you can't make 12th marksheet through NIOS stating that you have secured 75% of marks in class 12th examination.

For doing this you have to reappear for 10+2 examination rhrough NIOS and have to secure 75% of marks to get a proper original certificate.

I would like to inform you that yes you can definetly get a certificate of nios board with 75 percent marks. You need to visit their centre, apply for examination, clear all the subjects as it is done in other boards in order to get a passing 12th certificate.

To get marksheet from NIOS , you will have to first apply for it and then you will have to give exam for improvement and then you will have to score a good marks if you want to get a good percentage.
The Public Examinations are held twice a year in the months of April-May and October-November on dates fixed by the NIOS. However, you are also eligible to appear through On Demand Examination at Secondary Level and Senior Secondary level in those subjects only in which you have admission in NIOS. (a) Registration for Public Examination for admission through AIs as well as Online admission under Stream 1 To appear for the NIOS examination, you must register yourself by filling up the Examination Form and paying requisite examination fee as per schedule given.
(i) For April-May Examination : 01st December to 31st December (without Late fee), from 01st January to 10th January (With Late Fee of Rs. 50 per subject) and from 11th January to 20th January with consolodated Late Fee of Rs. 800.
(ii) For October-November Examination : 01st June to 30th June (without Late fee), from 01st July to 10th July (With Late Fee of Rs. 50 per subject) and from 11th July to 20th July with consolodated Late Fee of Rs. 800.
