Yes the candidate can go for the counselling if he/she has qualified the exam. Here you have very low marks in NEET but you can go for the counselling rounds if you want to get into any medical courses. You have to opt for the private medical colleges only with the paid seats due to such a low marks. So go for the counselling and wait for the results to know the availability of the seats. I would suggest you to go through the state counselling for the admission.
