To be very frank, your marks actually quite less in terms of the fierce competition which took place in NEET 2019.
With a score of 304, I guess your rank might be over 1.50 lakhs which is too far for the counselling to reach.
As far as the State Counselling of Rajasthan is concerned of 2018, the last UR Category student to make it through had an AIR of 5744.
So, you can make out that your chances of making it through are quite less.
