If you strongly believe that you should have got much more marks than what you have got now then you should definitely apply for re-check. But if you are not sure or you think that there might be a difference but a very little i.e., just 0.5 or 1 mark then it is not worth to handle so much tension/ pain (due to lengthy process of re-checking) just for 0.5/1 mark because then also you are not going to remove the compartment.

Yes, you should definitely apply for recheck as in rechecking as there are some chances for you in hope of increasing marks otherwise you have to give re exam.
