Hi aspirant

You can get state engineering colleges .You must be knowing form this year onwards all state engineering college will take admission on the basis of JEE mains marks .

You haven't scored enough to get NITs/IIITs and GFTIs .So you can try for state engineering colleges.Do apply for state counselling.
