Hello Nitish, See merit list calculated on this 3 basis: 

Firstly, Only those candidates who have cleared the category-wise Cut Off scores as determined by college/ University will be eligible for a position in the Tentative Merit List.

Secondly, The order of candidates in the Merit List arranged in on the basis of the marks they have obtained out of as mentioned by college/ university in the Entrance Test.

Thirdly, Candidates will be granted admission, shall be determined by the marks obtained in the qualifying exam as well as the result of the entrance test, with consideration of reservation and other weightages as prescribed by the participating Institutes.
