Hi Amit,
               Look for NEET there has not any Eligibility criteria for total marks.
According of eligibility criteria of qualifying marks in NEET 2019 - you should have got aggregate of atleast 50%(for General) in your PCB, for OBC/SC/ST - 40% & for PWD - 45% in 12th.

So, as you told you have got 48 in biology but if you got 52+ marks in physics & chemistry both, then you are eligible.

Suppose, I'm just assuming your minimum scores like (52+52+48)=152, if you have got like this, then you are eligible, because the aggregate is making 50.03 like this, then will you will be eligible(this is all about assuming, just for an example, wish you might have got better than this).

So, check your numbers if it is satisfying the eligibility criteria. Then you're eligible.
