Well according to marks if i might say, getting a government college you need to score 540+ for mbbs and for bds you need to score 440+.

Now based on your rank, i guess it would be quite difficult for you to get a government college as this year number of candidates from obc that cleared neet are 63789. As your rank is 8106, it might be difficult to get a government college for you. I am also attaching a link to neet cutt offs category wise. Take a look.
