My neet 2019 uttarpradesh state rank is 3290(general category) can I get a government medical college through state quota

There are 5565 Medical seats in UP. And these are spread across all reservations. OBC takes 27%, SC and ST take 15% and 7.5%, then there are Ex servicemen quota, PWD quota as well. Almost 50% of the seats are gone in reservation. And in the remaining 50% of seats which are approximately 2700 seats, a seat in MBBS with a State rank of 3290 is dufficult. You might get a Private Medical College.
