Dear Manoj, You will get a declaration form after filling in the details. You need to click on the declaration form. After registering for AIIMS, you should be receiving Login Id and Password at your registered Email Id and Phone no#. Please login with those credentials to check if the application was successfully submitted. If not, please re-register and fill in the form again.
