Dear you can definitely go for Ma from IGNOU while pursuing your B.ed but you can show your one degree at one time ,both the degree shown at same time will not be valid suppose you go for job there you can show only degree according to job need like MA but if you go for teaching line you can show b.ed degree but not MA degree .
