First of all........... congratulations to you as you've qualified 

But it is difficult to say that wheather you can get govt colleges or not........ but it is certain that there will a great chance to get top private colleges according to previous year cut off and based on your rank...... if you're a general category student you'll  obviously not get govt colleges
