If you belong to bc-b category then you need to apply under obc or obc ncl category for jeemain.so now there are two categories again obc and obc ncl.normal obc is the creamy layer obc which doesnt have any reservations and treated equal to general cat while under obc ncl  is obc category with annual income less than 4.5 lakhs which is reserved category and have reservations in jeemain.
