As you have mentioned that your neet score is 267 marks which indeed is very less to get BAMS course in the government or semi government medical colleges.. But you fall under open category. Nevertheless , if we look over previous year's cutoff for BAMS courses then your chances to get a seat in any of the government colleges is almost negligible except the private medical colleges..
Therfore, you have good chances to get a private college..

Dear Aspirant ! As per the trends of closing ranks of colleges, it is not possible for a candidate with the above mentioned marks to get a seat in Govt. Or semi Govt colleges and that too in open category. You can try for BAMS in private colleges but bro! I don't think you will get any seat. 

Dear student, with 267 marks in NEET UG 2019, you won't get any of the government BAMS collegesr or semi government colleges. Getting category A seats in private colleges is also difficult seeing the first cut off list. Most probably, you have to apply on management quota seats only.
