Below are the Age Eligibility Criteria for National Defence Academy 1 Exam in 2023:

• The minimum age must be 16 years during the commencement of the course. You must be born not earlier than 2nd July, 2004.
• The maximum age must be 19 years during the commencement of the course. You must be born not later than 1st July, 2007.

Since you don't fall under this category, it's better you take up the NDA 1 Exam in 2022. Or you can even take up the exam in 2021 if you are prepared, as the last date for submission of Application Form is 19th January, 2021, and exam will be by 18th April, 2021!
