Hey, the eligibility criteria of NDA 2022 may be different but according to the latest eligibility criteria, student must be of 16.5 years - 19.5 years to be eligible to give NDA(1) examination.

As your birth date is 30th March, 2003 you will be of 19 years in March, 2023, so yes you will be eligible to apply for NDA(1) Examination 2020, if the age criteria remains the same.
