As, per the rules & guidelines of CBSE, the minimum age for appearing the CBSE 10th examination is 14 years. Now in February 2022 your daughter turned 12 years old. If she gets admitted to 9 th this year then in 2023 she will be admitted to the 10th at the age of 13 years & she will appear for the CBSE 10th examination in 2024 at the age of 14 years. So your daughter shouldn't face any problem as per the rules of CBSE.
