The elligibility for the Indian Navy SSR 2019 is
Educational qualification
A candidate must have passed his 12 examination with physics and maths as his subject so you need to be 12 passed.
And the 2019 SSR forms can be submitted by the candidate whose DOB loes between 1 Feb 1998 to 31 Jan 2002.
For the NDA exam sorry to say that your age limit exceeds so you can't fill it and as well as for the 10+2btech entry scheme for the Indian Navy .

You could join indian navy after completing your 12th.The only criteria that is mandatory regarding the age is that you should be of the age between 16.5 and 19 at the day of starting the course.

You could join Indian Navy after 12th by the following entry schemes:

1) NDA EXAM- conducted twice in every year

2)10+2 BTECH cadet entry
