You can also try updating the name of father in your marksheet/certificate. You have not mentioned the board but in any case it is allowed after submitting the application to the issuing authority along with an affidavit of court. E.g. CBSE allows correction through this way.

It can not possible to change the details of name, surname, in adhar card if you donot have any supporting documents. you can go in adhar help center which is nearest to your location and describe your problem, they may help you.
