there is my father's only name in his adhar card and my 10th marksheet but in my adhar card there is his surname too, so will it create any problem in verification of jee mains registration

No, this usually does NOT create a big problem during JEE Mains verification.
Minor differences in a parent’s name (like surname missing or added) are common and generally accepted. Your own details (your name, DOB, photo, signature) matter more for verification.
As long as your father’s name is identifiable and not completely different, NTA normally accepts it.
Carry both Aadhaar cards and your 10th mark sheet as supporting documents if ever asked. So this will not create any problem.
