Congrats on getting good rank in GATE, and also you have got good offers from best instuites. Both the EHES and PE are having equal Importance and career oppertunities after studies. Both are good branches, and my personal opinion is that PE is better because the PE seat are very limited in India and also have good oppertunities its my personal opinion. But you have to think over and over about selection Because both are good and best oppertunities. Any way All the Best for your Future.
