As you belong to the general category, I am sorry to say but no fees waiver is provided to a general category candidates.  Only SC/ST, and economically backward caste are provided with fees waiver. You have to pay the full fees. Yet some colleges do offer scholarship to meritorious students for their good rank , but mostly in private colleges so you can try in then,  to get scholarship..
