I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
As computer science is one of the core branches so it has high cutoff for the candidates to get admission.

If Considering you from northeast state so that you have homestate quota then you might get some seat in northeast nits . With lower branches.
For cse branch either you take part in any other councelling or you can taka a year drop for jee 2020.
