I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits even after considering your ews quota.
As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes with your desired branch.

Yes you can definitely get admission into some of the nits in non core branches if you have no issues of getting admission into any northeast nits as you just want tag then just give all the north east nits name during choice filling with mediocre branches like civil , mechanical the I can assure you to get admission into any of these.
