Sir my jee main rank is 5735 general category and 610 in gen ews considering I only want computer science in which nits I have chance?

First of all congratulations that you have scored such a great rank.
You can get a NIT in your home state considering state quota. But EWS quota won't help you to get top NITs outside of your state(considering you are only willing to enroll in Computer Science).
Top NITs had their closing rank below 4000 for outside students for CSE. But their home state quota was more than 10000.

Sir please tell me one question can i change my category to gen because there are 2 or 3 seats for gen ews in nit allahabad

If you won't verify yourself as news then you will considered as a general unreserved category student.
