In NCR region, there are many private colleges for B.Tech. Colleges such as: KES, KIET, SRM, and a lot more accept admission without any criterias. But I won't recommend you to study in them, instead if you can move a bit to Mathura, you can go for GLA University. My reason for this is that, colleges in NCR don't offer you specialization in a particular field of CS. You are on your own for your growth.
Though, the choice is yours! All the best.
