yes you have all the probablity of getting admission in the government college of your preference of state, condition being your twelth boards exams are anywhere between 82 to 88% PCM.

U have very low chances try private colleges

Chances are very low my friend. But you can take admission in some private colleges which are working as good as govt colleges.

Sorry for that but I think you have to go for private college. With this rank you won't be able to get into government college
