You can't change your 10th and +2 certificates so change your ID proof According to it.

Renew your ID and make the accurate changes.

There shouldn't be this kind of big mistakes.

Spelling mistake is allowed but missing a word is not allowed. Check all these and correct the documents if possible.

Don't repeat all this and do amends as soon as possible before you get into any official work where you need both and you have different names then you will be the one who will be charged.

You can change IDs as there is a way to do it. You are an enough grown person how you can make such a big mistake. How your name got different in your entrance? This is really something called foolishness.
You better try to get in contact with board of entrance. Put a mail or call them n tell your issue. They can help you out.
Don't do these things.

Hello Abhijeet

You can change your name in other id proof's such as Adhar Card,Pan card because there is a option for that.You can show your 10 and 12 marksheet and then it will easily be changed.

But there is not much problem with that you can continue with that also.
