You have mentioned the name of college you want admission in as it could help me to answer your query better.
But I want to tell you that most of the colleges in India requires these eligibility criterias for admission to this course :

• You must have passed 12th examinations from any recognized school or board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology /Mathematics as compulsory subjects. (depends upon BSc branch you are choosing)
• You must have scored minimum 50%marks in the qualifying examination.

And as according to you, you have scored 59% marks with which you are eligible to take admission in almost all colleges in India.
