Hello Khushi ,

As you have mentioned that you only failed to mention the Question code on your OMR where as all the other details are filled correctly. Then there is nothing to worry about if your paper will be analysed by the invigilator.

But if your OMR Answersheet will be read by OMR software then your sheet will be rejected , on the other hand it's up to the examination cell to accept or reject your answer copy.
