Dear aspirant, yes you can get a seat in private medical college as the basic requirement for the admission is the qualifying marks in NEET examination. Your scores are very good and you can expect a category A college. It would be better to visit the official website of thr choice of your college and visit that site regularly for any information about the cut off and admission process.
