239 cannot be a score that can promise you a seat in a course like BAMS you should atleast score 300-320 plus to expect a seat in BAMS also, since you're applying in Gujarat it also depends on your category and rank therefore I'd suggest you to go for counselling and wait for call, probably you can get a seat if the college is private and affordable.
