NEET admissions are provided on the basis of 85% State Quota and 15%A All India Quota.This year the cutoffs have been quite high.Based upon the marks that you have scored you have chances of admission in the private medical colleges outside Tamil Nadu.Since you have OBC reservation,you will be getting some benefits.However there is a thin line of difference between OBC and General category cutoffs.Private college seat allotments are done by the State Counselling Authorities on the basis of 85% State Quota.

As you told that you gave got 427 marks and also that you want to take admission in other states private medical college. So yes if you want to take admission in other states private medical college surely you can if you want to take College from neet then you can apply for those Colleges whom you wish for otherwise you can directly approach the concerned college and apply for the management quota seats.
