Based on your score and past year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota and state quota tp get in government medical college.
But you do have chances for admission in Deemed universities.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc

You had qualified Neet exam so you are surely able to get a private college in Karnataka under management quota for the medical but for this you have to contact to the management of the private college as early as possible because if seats are filled they will not be able to provide you anymore.
