Hey, as you have already mentioned your score here that is 460 in addition to the information that you belong to OBC category and own a UP domicile, I would say please register yourself for counseling first as soon as possible and wait till mop up round. If you're not satisfied with the results the counseling is done I would sugged you too go for coaching if you're determined to be a doctor.

Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.as per your marks you should participate in counseling.
