                   With 2873 JEE Mains rank in OBC category, according to previous year's cutoffs, you have low chances of getting CS or ECE in NIT Trichy, as last year, the cutoff was around 120-370 for CSE and 393-764 for ECE. But if you have home state quota for Tamil Nadu, you might have some chances of getting CSE. However, you can get other branches like ICE, civil, mechanical,etc. in NIT Trichy.

as you secured a rank of 2873 in the JEE-MAINS in the obc category

you have a chance of getting in to the NIT TRICHY into the some of the courses such as chemical ,production,civil engineering courses

if you are belong to homestate of NIT TRICHY you can easily get in to the professional courses such as electrical engineering
