Listing all the colleges is very difficult as there are 31 NITs and a lot of other IIITs and GFTIs also. I can still give you a rough idea for where you will be getting CSE or ECE. Tier 2 NITs in some of the states are very much in your range. Though you will not be getting in-demand branches like CS or ECE in them. They generally close around 7k for OBC. Though you still might get NITs like Silchar or Agartala from NorthEast. CS or ECE can be available for you. Also, you can definitely try some newer IIITs like Surat, Pune, Kottayam, Una, etc. I hope you have chosen the colleges keeping in mind the last year closing ranks and I hope you get your most preferred choice through JoSAA.
