No dear!
With such rank, You are very far away from getting any seat under OBC category under neither All India Quota nor your domicile state quota.
The chances of vacant seats left for your rank are very close to nill.

Mam I got 410Marks in NEET 19, My rank is 1Lac18K, I belong from Maharashtra with OBC(NCL), Will I get any Private College under state quota for MBBS??
